隐私政策

AutoFastPage（包括 AutoFastExt 浏览器插件、主站账号系统、模型网关、通知和自动化任务能力，以下统称“AutoFastPage”）重视你的隐私。本政策说明我们在你安装插件、登录账号、执行网页任务、购买或兑换 Pro 权益时，如何收集、使用、共享和保护信息。

我们收集的信息

我们只收集提供产品所需的信息，主要包括：

• 账号信息：邮箱、登录方式、头像或昵称、账号状态。
• 订阅与权益信息：套餐、订单状态、支付平台返回的订阅标识、兑换码兑换记录、Pro 到期时间。
• 插件与设备信息：浏览器类型、插件版本、设备标识、语言、错误日志和基础诊断信息。
• 任务与自动化信息：你输入的指令、任务配置、执行步骤、运行状态、错误信息、定时任务配置、通知目标。
• 网页上下文：为了完成你发起的任务，插件可能读取当前页面结构、被框选区域、页面文本、表格、表单字段或截图片段。
• 通知信息：你配置的邮件地址、webhook URL、通知记录和投递状态。

AutoFastPage 不会主动读取你没有打开或没有授权处理的网页。插件只在你使用页面助手或自动化任务时处理相关页面内容。

我们如何使用信息

我们使用信息用于：

• 执行你的自然语言网页任务，例如点击、输入、滚动、提取、比较和整理页面信息。
• 运行定时任务、邮件通知和 webhook 通知。
• 同步账号状态、Pro 权益、兑换码权益和模型调用额度。
• 维护安全、排查错误、防止滥用、改进插件稳定性和产品体验。
• 向你发送与账号、订阅、兑换码、安全或服务变更相关的必要通知。

AI 模型与第三方服务

当你使用 AI 网页助手或自动化功能时，任务指令和完成任务所需的页面上下文可能会发送给我们配置的模型服务或你自己配置的模型服务。我们会尽量只发送完成任务所需的最小上下文。

我们还可能使用以下第三方服务：

• 支付服务，用于处理订阅、账单、发票和支付状态。
• 邮件或通知服务，用于发送账号邮件、任务提醒和系统通知。
• 托管、数据库、日志和分析服务，用于运行产品和维护稳定性。

这些服务只会在提供对应能力所需范围内处理数据。

你配置的 webhook 和外部目标

如果你将任务结果发送到 webhook、邮箱、表格、工单系统或其他外部系统，你需要确认这些目标由你控制或你有权使用。AutoFastPage 会按你的配置发送内容，但无法控制外部系统如何继续处理这些数据。

敏感页面和高风险操作

AutoFastPage 可能被你用于登录后的后台、CRM、订单、财务或运营页面。请不要让插件处理你无权访问的数据。对于付款、删除、发布、批量发送、修改权限等高风险操作，建议在任务中明确要求“执行前让我确认”。

我们不会要求你在 AutoFastPage 中保存银行卡号、身份证件、一次性验证码或账号密码。请不要把这些敏感信息写入任务指令或 webhook URL。

数据保留

我们会在提供服务、履行账务和安全义务所需期间保留数据。任务日志、自动化记录、通知记录和错误日志会根据产品运营需要保存一段时间，用于排查问题、审计任务和改进服务。你可以联系我们请求删除或导出与账号相关的数据，法律、账务或安全要求另有规定的除外。

数据安全

我们会采取合理的技术和组织措施保护数据，包括访问控制、传输加密、最小权限、日志审计和密钥管理。没有任何系统可以保证绝对安全，因此你也需要妥善保护自己的账号、浏览器环境、API Key、webhook 密钥和设备。

你的选择与权利

你可以：

• 在浏览器中停用或卸载 AutoFastExt。
• 删除或暂停定时任务和通知目标。
• 在账号页管理订阅、Pro 权益和兑换码记录。
• 联系我们请求访问、更正、删除或导出你的账号数据。

不同地区的隐私法律可能赋予你额外权利，我们会根据适用法律处理你的请求。

儿童隐私

AutoFastPage 面向企业、团队和个人效率场景，不面向儿童。如果我们发现无意收集了儿童个人信息，会采取合理措施删除。

政策变更

我们可能会根据产品、法律或安全要求更新本政策。重大变更会通过网站、账号通知或邮件提醒。继续使用 AutoFastPage 表示你接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

AutoFastPage, including the AutoFastExt browser extension, account system, model gateway, notifications, and automation features, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you install the extension, sign in, run web tasks, purchase Pro, or redeem a code.

Information We Process

We process only the information needed to provide the product:

• Account information such as email, login method, name, avatar, and account status.
• Subscription and entitlement information such as plan, payment status, Pro expiration, redemption history, and billing metadata.
• Extension and device information such as browser, extension version, language, error logs, and basic diagnostics.
• Task and automation information such as prompts, task settings, execution steps, status, errors, schedules, watched regions, and notification targets.
• Page context required for your task, such as page structure, selected regions, text, tables, form fields, or screenshots.
• Notification information such as email addresses, webhook URLs, delivery status, and message records.

AutoFastPage does not proactively read pages you have not opened or authorized for processing.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate pages with natural language, extract content, run region monitoring and notifications, sync account status and Pro access, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

AI Models and Third-Party Services

When you use AI features, your instruction and the minimum page context needed for the task may be sent to model providers configured by us or by you. We may also use payment, email, notification, hosting, database, logging, and analytics providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.

Webhooks and External Destinations

If you send results to webhooks, email, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, or other external destinations, you are responsible for ensuring that you control or are authorized to use those destinations. AutoFastPage sends content according to your configuration, but we do not control how external systems process it afterward.

Sensitive Pages and Risky Actions

You may use AutoFastPage on internal dashboards, CRM, order, finance, or operations pages. Only allow the extension to process data you are authorized to access. For payments, deletion, publishing, bulk sending, or permission changes, we recommend instructions such as “ask me before submitting.”

Retention and Security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, support billing, maintain security, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption, least privilege, logging, and key management. No system is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your account, devices, API keys, and webhook secrets.

Your Choices and Rights

You can disable or uninstall AutoFastExt, delete automations and notification targets, manage subscriptions, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of account data. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

Children

AutoFastPage is built for productivity, team, and business workflows and is not directed to children. If we learn that we have unintentionally processed children's data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product, security practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the website, account notices, or email.
